On August 11th, HUE held the Completion Ceremony for 2011SS Short-Term Exchange Program and Daegu Local Semester Program at the conference room of the library.

15 exchange students from universities and schools in China, France, Indonesia, Korea, Poland, Netherlands and Mexico participated in and completed the 2011 Spring/Summer Semester.

President Maekawa presented the 2011SS international students with a Certificate of Completion.

After receiving the certificate of completion, the international students gave a speech about the life experience in Hiroshima; about what amazed them; about the difference between their home country and Japan, or so on. Every student impressed the ceremony attendees with his/her story and the improvement of their Japanese Language Proficiency.
